IMMIGRATION FEES

Estimated costs in GBP (per applicant)

Visits

  • Prison from £1000 + VAT per visit
  • Police stations from £1000 + VAT per visit
  • Interviews/meetings from £1000 + VAT per visit

Charges for work carried out outside our office will be determined by the travel time,
the urgency, and whether work is conducted in sociable or unsociable hours, and the seniority of the solicitor

HOURLY FEES WHERE APPLICABLE

  • Principal Solicitor £300 + VAT per hour
  • Senior Solicitor (over 10 years PQE) £250 + VAT per hour
  • Solicitor (less than 10 years PQE) £200 + VAT per hour
  • Paralegal / Trainee £150 + VAT per hour
