Akhtar Khushi

The Principal

Akhtar qualified as a solicitor in 1997. Since qualifying, he worked at Quist Solicitors in Mayfair, London. In 2003, he set up Bedfords Solicitors with Khuram Liaquat. He now specialises primarily in Immigration, Asylum and Business Crime.

Khuram Liaquat

Senior Solicitor

Khuram completed his training at Quist Solicitors in Mayfair London. He then joined Hopkin Reynolds & Co Solicitors and then Neves Solicitors in Luton. In 2003, he set up Bedfords Solicitors with Akhtar Khushi. He now specialises primarily in Immigration.

Hussein Dookhun

Senior Solicitor

Hussein completed his training contract at Bedfords Solicitors. Upon qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, he continued to work at Bedfords Solicitors. He primarily specialises in Immigration, Asylum & Nationality Law.

Hira Shah

Paralegal

Hira completed her law degree in 2019 and then undertook training as a paralegal in the Immigration Department of another local firm, until joining us in October 2020.
